Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped the usually the same day Monday through Friday with the exception of public holidays. Custom orders or size adjustments need more time to be processed.

We do not ship on weekends, orders on Friday after 1 pm will be shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery of packages occur Monday through Sunday with the exception of public holidays.

UPS and FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

If out of stock items are requested you will be notified by email or telephone when item will be available.

 

North America International
Standard:  3–14 days Tracked Packet International: 7–21 days
Expedited: 3–10 days Expedited Tracked Packet International: 5–14 days
Express:    3–4 days

 

The tracking number for most packages and insurance on all orders are provided by us.

Shipping delays may occur from custom clearance and inspections. We have no control over delays. Please contact us if your shipment is delayed over 15 days.

International Shipments may have import brokerage charges, duty, VAT charges applied to shipment outside of North America which are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the costs are as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We do not charge Vat at checkout and our products do not include VAT.

Refused packages that are returned to us will be charged return shipping, plus a 15% restocking fee. Credit card orders can only be shipped to credit card billing address.

Lost Packages

  1. Check your order Status to verify if package is “shipped”
  2. Track your package with the number provided.
  3. Contact Post Office or UPS to find out if the package is waiting for pick up or delayed due to custom inspection.
  4. Lost or late shipments missing for more than 30 business days can be claimed by our insurance coverage.
  5. Your lost or missing order will be replaced and shipped at no charge.

Shipping delivery schedules may be subject to weather delays, holiday schedules, order cut off times, strikes, or remote area locations.
